Loan

General Loan

• For small shops, service business, cash crop farming and small startup businesses
• Payable in 10 - 48 Monthly installment
• Loan size as per NRB's rule
• Without collateral
• First installment starts after 2 month

Livestock Loan

• For buffalo, cow, ox, horse Keeping, etc  with insurance and other livestock's without insurance
• Insurance premium as prescribed by government
• Payable in 10 - 24 monthly installment
• Initial maximum loan size up to Rs. 100 thousand
• Without collateral
• First installment starts after 2 month

Project Loan

• For small running Business
• Payable in 10 - 48 monthly installment
• Loan size as per NRB's rule
• Without collateral
• First installment starts after 2 month

Micro Enterprises Loan

• For running enterprises (scaled up)
• Payable in 10 - 48 monthly installment
• Loan size as per NRB's rule
• With collateral
• First installment starts after 2 month

Discipline Loan

• For disciplined Borrowers
• After payment of half no of installment
• Within approved limit
• Other condition are same as consuming loan

Motherhood Loan

• For nutrition, safe delivery and  motherhood related treatment.
• In multiple of saving amount not exceeding Rs. 30 thousands
• Without collateral
• Concessional Interest Rate
• Grace period 1 month for nutrition 2 month for normal delivery and 3 months for scissoring case.

Emergency Loan

• For active members suffering from natural calamities
• Payable within 2 years with or without scheduled installment (Interest to be paid monthly)
• Without collateral
• Concessional Interest Rate
• Initial maximum loan size up to Rs. 25 thousand
• First installment starts after 2 month

Low cost Housing Loan

• Housing loan for secure residence (Purchase of house/ land, Repair and maintain)
• With collateral
• Maximum loan size up to Rs. 400 thousand
• Grace period of 1 year (Interest to be paid monthly; Regular EMI after 1 year)
